1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CHA360, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Use of Services

CHA360 provides solutions for Custom House Agents (CHAs) to manage Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, and related operations. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Gmail Authentication & Email Access

If you connect your Gmail account, CHA360 will request secure Google authentication. In such cases, we will only read and process emails received from noreply@icegate.gov.in that are specifically related to updates on Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, and related documents.

This access is used exclusively to download documents such as LEO Copies, Gate Passes, and customs-related notifications required for CHA operations. No other emails from your Gmail account will be accessed, read, or stored.

5. Payment & Subscription

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per the chosen plan. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments once made are non-refundable.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee 100% uptime. CHA360 is not responsible for delays, failures, or service interruptions caused by external factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

CHA360 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data and documents.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the services.

9. Changes to Terms

CHA360 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
